I remember the corner "Pawn Shop," which is actually themed as the "80's store." If you revisit season one and take a closer look, you can see that they've updated the store to resemble its original version as the "Pawn Shop." In seasons 2 and beyond, the store has transformed into various other themes, including "Tommy's Trading," which will be featured in next year's season 5.
