I see a possibility that Minnie may end up being a villain. Maybe she's really taken to the ideals of Lilly's group and especially for those who romanced violet, she may turn against the boarding school group. Episode 3 will surely be where we begin to see consequences for our previous actions. I'm still not sure whether Lilly will be a determinant villain where we will be able to show her mercy or if she is someone we have to kill. Also, does anyone else think maybe James is an escapee of Lilly's camp?

Oh I notice the adult size hat on young Clem, closing that loophole with some folks on why the hat still fits older Clem. Lily with scars would make her a one dimensional savage character and I think that was what was scrapped with the scars and all that. At least too one dimensional to start, would be cool if that happened when she meets up with Clem again. Minnie with all these different styles, gotta style in the apocalypse you know. Lily's scar is probably a choice that Clem can make, like the various ways we see Clem in season 3 based on how season 2 ended - such as her broken finger. I hope the Lee flashback doesn't mean Clem is going to die. When Clem got shot in season 2, there was that dream with Lee, and it doesn't seem like she has those dreams often. To me, a flashback after Clem dies would make the ending just as sad as the first season - like Lee and Clem being together forever in a heaven-ish place. As much as I love Clem, that would be a great ending to the series. I'm guessing Louis' hair being cut is if he is captured at the end of episode 2. If he's going to be turned into a soldier, I'm sure they would cut off his dreads.

I don't think that's Minerva. In episode 1 of TFS, after Clem wakes up at the school for the first time, you can look inside a scrap book and find a picture of what appears to be Violet posing with two twin girls, both of whom have dark-ish skin and brown long hair (if memory serves me well). I'm thinking those two girls are Sophie and Minnie.

I think that it would be better if they just kept it a secret up until the episode was ready for release, then it would have much more impact. I was discouraged when I heard that Telltale was shutting down and thought that Season 4 would go absolutely nowhere and disappoint me, but I'm stoked for the flashback. Once the flashback's over, I'm done.
