Is this an otherworldly experience? You are so right: this is awesome. Once upon a time a spaceship visited earth. The origin: somewhere in the Andromeda Galaxy. On board were the so called Dutch Goddesses. We are talking about Floor Jansen, Simone Simons, Anneke van Giersbergen, Sharon den Adel, Marcela Bovio, Charlotte Wessels, Irene Jansen and so on and so on. They were on a mission. The task: to bring beauty and happiness to those wicked earthlings that fight and try to destroy their beautiful planet. And beauty they brought. Truckloads of it. On board were also these extremely talented musicians where these Goddesses play with. Yes, you might call them Gods too I am getting religious after all..... What a happy times these are ..

Well... Delain split in 2021 and Martijn Westerholt remained to keep the Delain 'brand name'. Charlotte, Timo, Otto and Zoey left and have taken the stage together again. Charlotte has a familiar and highly talented and appreciated band supporting her at concert tours 🙂

Although it's still up to debate; what happened between her and Delain was a bit of a mess. The main dude (Martjin) fired all the members from Delain except Charlotte because he didn't like the direction of the band with their newest album at the time and wanted to take the full control of the band back again, but then Charlotte left the band herself because she wasn't happy with that decision. So right here she's actually promoting her new band with Delain's members that were fired under her own name.

The split felt catastrophic at the time, as a patron of her Patreon I remember the first hangout after she finally gave up, almost 2 hours of tears from her, she was broken, BADLY. She’s just proving how high she can rise from the ashes of her former dreams. 💪🏻❤️‍🔥
