I think if you had opened with the dispel instead of the force to counter the silence, you would have drawn the pact and been able to pitch it to force instead of having to use it on the silence and then pay for it. I was curious why you didn’t start by casting the dispel and hope to see another blue card off the rhystic if it got countered?

That is correct. I no longer had Kinnan at that point, so Mox Amber could not produce blue mana
