In regards to the personal foul on Verse, I saw the replay again and I watched him Verse approach a big scrum of men late during the scuffle and then pull one of the opposing team out of the pile by the horsecollar, which caused the flag to be thrown. From my interpretation of his body language and the way he approached and pulled on the guy, his intention was to deescalate the situation, trying to separate guys. He wasn't some hot-heated rookie picking fights. I see this as, in McVay's words, an easy "teachable moment." This is not happening again and I'm not holding it against him.

That’s exactly how I saw it. The flag was unnecessary but, technically, the right call because he grabbed the player from behind like that.

Good show gentlemen! Sean before the last two seasons has not played or developed his rookies much in year one which I have not liked. Playing your rookies and letting them grow will make the team stronger faster! I like the way Sean is developing his players faster! Now Sean needs to give the offensive play calling to someone else so he can coach!!!!

I wanted to explain my comment 2 weeks ago about Mandalorian...My comment history shows I am not a flamethrower. I just had it with him after a few years or more of disrespecting McVay. Here is reality, Mandalorian basically calls McVay a moron without saying the word. He gets more and more arrogant about it. The truth is, McVay, Stafford, Kupp, and Rams coaches know more about football than Mando ever will. He knows that and every intelligent person does. That fans that cannot spell or use "sense" instead of "since" and "offence" instead of "offense"(etc), agree, is whatever. He needs to be humble and realize not only does he know more than 1,000 times less, but he is also not in the building. Comes off as a typical fan. I waited and waited giving him a chance to get reality. Imagine him saying that to McVay's and Stafford's and Rams coaches face.....and....they get to respond. He would be humiliated. Why not wake up and be humble now? Mandalorian will never coach a team or OC a team to a SB. So look to humility as it will serve you greatly.
