As much as I'm frustrated with the loss, I have to point out that other teams are facing similar issues. I wouldn't mind seeing Ty Simpson worked in the offense and I say that because Quinn Ewers (Texas) was replaced by Manning and Carson Beck (Georgia) has been intercepted the last two games as well. Coach KD deserves at least until the end of next season before a possible coaching change is considered. Hopefully, we'll figure things out...Roll Tide.👍

Everything has been bad. Is it that we aren't any better than the 1st half of the UGA game, or is it that every team is outscheming us? We aren't making any adjustments. We had a million opportunities to win that game. Our play calling, scheming, is just uninspiringly bad. Jalen legs aren't being used properly. What have we done to keep any defense off balance? Could we run a counter? A shovel pass? An option. Throw to our tight ends? I don't think Kalen knew what he was getting into. The wheels could come off quickly. I like Kalen. But we aren't well coached right now. No discipline.

If the standard at Bama has been slipping since 2020, and it has, that should tell you a lot. The new college football is interviews, commercials, podcasts, NIL money & transfers for playing time. It isn’t a Bama problem only, it is and will continue to be universal. CKD has to manage players accordingly, or lose them at the end of season. It’s an unenviable position to say the least.

I think there will be players in the portal if the coaches don't start getting other players involved and stop going to RW everytime. If i was a player going to practice working my but off and not even getting a chance in the game I would hit the portal as well. RW is a freshman he has time to make his name. Some players may not have that time. Plus I think the TE group is very talented.

Didn’t like the effort? I thought the team played hard. Tennessee had zero points with around 6 mins to go in the 3rd quarter. You have to give the other team some credit. Tennessee’s defense kept them in the game until their offense could get things going. Milroe has also regressed a bit.

milroe is hurt. if you go back a few games he was limping badly. that would explain him holding on to the ball in the pocket instead of making a quick decision and taking of running when nothing is open as he was doing in his earlier game. also the coaches have not been calling designated running plays for milroe like they did in earlier games. injuries in the lower body not only affect running but also passing.

@@wubuck79 maybe ,but the coach believes that a hurt milroe still gives the team the best chance to win and since i am not at practice and in the film room, i will trust in the man who has way more data than i am privy to. maybe you have more inside info that the coaching staff, if so then let us all know. i remember UGA fans screaming about smarts' decision to make bennet qb1. they continued to disapprove of his decision even wile he was qb1 after leading them to his first NC. they still did the same thing while leading them to his second NC. proves that coaches are a lot smarter than their loud mouth fans. also comments like yours tend to come from fans who have never competed in sports. everyone who has competed in sports know that after the first few weeks no one that is a starter is 100% injury free playing through injuries and pain is part of any competitive sports and a player willing to do it just shows their mental toughness and selflessness toward the team. LOL

Tennesee had better players on both sides of the ball. Comparing our defensive line we don’t match up talent wise. Portal, lack of development and poor player evaluation over the last few years. Look at Texas, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee’s defensive line we don’t have the same talent.

How did he become THEE guy for CNS and DeBoer? Just because he's built, can run and has a strong arm? Or is Bama lost all QB depth? Is it that bad. I'm watching average teams throughout CFB with better QB than JM. The guy can't read defenses or bother to make it thru progressions. I don't understand why we can't git check this O-line and run the ball a LOT even if we lose the rest of our games. Everyone of these guys and O-line guys are going to be gone, as any recruits from those two positions that might've still come out way after this likely disappointing season ends.
