Simuka was founder of Satvahana Dyansty and was immediate sucessor of Ashoka in this region ( at 24:16 ) please anyone explain how ? Because Ashoka (268 BCE- 232 BCE ) and Simuka ( 60 BCE-37 BCE ) was much later ruled the deccan region .

Ig... There were many post Mauryan dynasties that existed before satvahana dynasties so it is not possible simuka to be immediate successor and also there was a ruler before simuka .... I had limited knowledge regarding this topic but yes can bet simuka wasn't the immediate successor

Ashoka belongs to MAURYAN DYNASTY and last king of maurya dynasty was BRIHADRATHA and he was succeded by SHUNGAS DYNASTY(185 to 73 BC). Last ruler of shungas was DEVABHUTI and he was killed by vasudeva kanva and founded KANVA DYNASTY (73 to 28 BC) and last king of kanva dynasty SUSARMAN killed by satavahana (SIMUKA) ruler.
