I'm sorry she found 0:36 herself in that position wow. Like most others can remember evidence that can save her from prosecution but can't remember one ioata of her involvement in the victimization other than the bag of money. Dodgy as answers knowing she could face prison time and financial redress.

@@Poppycat9182 By a convoluted route, yes, it's the govt, however, the way the any corporation (no matter the major shareholder) tends to have its own legal 'slush' fund, due to the number of employees it has. POL is just short of the size I'd expect to be 'self insured' (so big, no broker will touch them, so the have to be underwritten by the same people who underwrite brokers) at that scale, they need a deep pot just to handle internal legal problems.

She cannot "remember" going to court because she didn't then, and doesn't now care at all about the SPM. Like all these po investigators she is a liar and she should be removed from her job with RMG immediately, she surely has no credibility left to perform it. Same should happen to all those who are still "employed" by the PO/RMG.

How extraordinary the number of high level employees for The Post Office have terrible memories !! They should begin some sort of AA meetings .... "What did she say ? Ay Ay " ? .... "I don't remember" ... "Who are you Ay Ay" ? .... "Me ? I don't recall" .... "Why are we here" ? ... "Don't ask me" 🤪

When she says "we were led to believe that there was no issues with the Horizon system, look at her eye movement and expression. Similarly when she says "I don't believe anyone in the security team thought there was an issue with Horizon", very expressive, look at the eyes, it's so weird. 25.30. It's so difficult for the inquiry as witnesses have had years to prepare for questions, and by prepare I mean they have got the answer in the bank ready, and they have clearly practised saying this in front of the mirror a thousand times. I do hope justice is achieved.

She has no empathy or any feelings of shame for her failed investigation that was a large part in causing such immense damage to an innocent persons life. As for not remembering the trial…. well that’s just patently untrue! The more I watch your videos the more I’m just left aghast at the incompetence and the character of these people and how they STILL refuse either to answer due to lack of ‘recall’ or just blab word salad, even though they can see how these poor peoples lives were ruined. Shameful.

McFadden's obvious, and I might wilful, refusal to properly answer certain questions put by Mr Stevens is a both a disgrace and insult! And if I can understand the question I'm damn sure he can! But just before the first break Sir Wyn intervened and put the question again in his own inimitable way. Yet still we got a typical politicians answer. And of course the usual 'don't blame me guv, it was someone else etc etc'. Oh, it's going to be so interesting when Erroneous Ed paddle boards or bunji jumps into the chair! Duh! 🤦🤷😠🙏⚖️🙏

Charlie, if you really want to rage, watch Mark Davies' evidence. He's an absolutely galling liar, who vomits nothing but PR-speak to the extent I think he speaks it at home. Mr. Blake immediately starts taking his witness statement apart bit by bit with email after email, while Davies answers every question except the ones he's been asked. At 40 minutes in, Mr. Blake asks him "Did you ever ask yourself 'Are we the baddies?'" (His answer, "Of course I did, and decided I was not"). Even now he acts as if he were the one who was oppressed, by the constant challenges from victims, MPs, the media, lawyers, judges, and so on. Classic narcissist!
