I know this is old and it's an older version but i am having this problem where the rendering quality has downcreased a lot and i don't know why and it has been like this for a couple of days from now (Even with 4K resolution everything just renders so fast and it compresses everything down to 600kb)

Maybe check the render ratio, or the max frame sampling options.

Is it possible to export the model into a file type that Blender supports? I don’t know much about this stuff. I’m just wondering if I could render this in Blender with full ray tracing if I wanted to?

Yes, blender supports obj and fbx files, so it is absolutely possible.

You can use an app like astro pad, but it's not optimal.
