Revelation 7:13-14 this is why scripture says we will go thru the seven year period. The Elder ask John who are these people before the throne in Revelation 7:9-10 and where did they come from. John tells the Elder u know where they came from, and the Elder said these are they who have come out of the great tribulation period ( the last three and a half years of the seven year period as Daniel 7:21-25 said). And they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. We were washed when we were "born again" of the Holy Spirit. But there are things that are in us, that is in our flesh, that still cause to sin against Jesus. We still yield to the flesh in ways we shouldn't, so we will go thru the seven year period to be cleansed of those things. Remember, Jesus is coming back for a church without spot or wrinkle when he comes, so these things must be put under the blood of Jesus before we can go back with him before he comes, so this is why we are going thru the seven year period to be cleansed.

Revelation is written to three groups of people they are Christians, Jews, and sinners. That's why it's so important to put Revelation in order. When we are told in Revelation 6:16-17 that the wrath of the Lamb is about to begin, and we see wrath happening on the earth in the form of trumpets, after we are told that the wrath of the Lamb is about to start, and we see the trumpets start to sound, then we have to assume the trumpets are the wrath of the Lamb. Revelation 16:1-2 clearly tell us that the bowls are the wrath of God. If there was no Lamb then the two wraths could be the wrath of God, but since scripture tells us there is a Lamb, and there is a wrath of the Lamb. In Revelation 21:23;it tells us there will be no need for the sun, or the moon. Because the glory of God, and the Lamb, will be the light thereof, this is talking about two beings not one. Another time there were two different glories was in the old testament when Moses saw God's hinder parts, and not his face lest he die. That was the same Son of God of the new testament with the Father's glory on him, so Moses could look on his face at the full glory of the Father lest he die. In the new testament Peter, James, and John go up the mountain with Jesus the Son of God, and there he is transformed right before them. He begins to shine like the sun in its strength, but they didn't have to look away, or be hid from seeing Jesus the Son of God's glory. That's because the Father and Son's glory are not the same, and there are two different glories. Plus a voice came from heaven, and thru scripture we know that voice was the Father's voice who was in heaven. So they are two different glories, because there are two different beings. And there are two different wraths, because there are two different beings. Remember, Jesus is in heaven right now, the only being in earth right now is the Holy Spirit. Jesus said he must go, or the comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, can not come to u. So Jesus left the earth, and the Holy Spirit came back to the earth. Just the opposite of when Jesus was baptized by John, the Holy Spirit came down in the form of a dove, the voice came from heaven, and Jesus, and the Holy Spirit were both here on the earth while the Father was in heaven.

Here's the problem with the trumpets starting at the midpoint of the seven year period. There is no time length for the first four trumpets. Neither is there a time length for the seventh trumpet events. But the fifth trumpet events last for 5 months. And the sixth trumpet events with the two witnesses last for three years and six months. If the trumpets start at the midpoint of the seven year period, just these two trumpet events will put u 5 months past the end of the seven year period. This proves that everything can't happen in a seven year period as we have been taught.

Daniel 8:8-14 here's a problem with Jesus returning at the end of the seven year period to begin his reign on earth. The question is asked how long concerning the vision about the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary (the temple) and the host to be Trodden under foot? And it was said into 2,300 days then the sanctuary will be cleansed. Now we know that 1,260 days of this is the antichrist reign, which is the last three and a half years of the seven year period. Ezekiel 43:1-8 tells us when Jesus comes he will come to the gate that faces east, and will enter onto the temple Mount, and go into the house (the temple) verses 5-7. And he will establish his throne forever in the temple when he comes. Now there will be almost another three years of that 2,300 days left before the temple can be cleansed. IF Jesus comes at the end of the seven year period to begin his millennial reign on earth. Plus as I said in another comment that if the trumpets started at the midpoint of the seven year period, just the length of the 5th trumpet, and the 6th trumpet combined will put The wrath outside of the seven year period by a minimum of 5 months. Which totals 150 days before the wrath can be over. But if Jesus comes immediately after the seven year period is over, and goes to his temple to proclaim his kingdom on earth, he will be here on earth for at least 5 months of his wrath. Because his wrath would extend outside of the seven year period by at least 5 months. Plus he can not cleanse his temple if he comes at the end of the seven year period to establish his kingdom on earth for almost another three years 2,300 - 1,260 _________ 1,040 days About 220 days short of another three and a half years. But everything works out fine if the wrath happens after the seven year period is over. And we don't know exactly how long the two wraths last, but we know for sure that the wrath is a minimum of Three years and eleven months longer than the seven year period.

Here's the problem with the sixth seal events being opened at the midpoint of the seven year period. Matthew 24:29 says these events happen immediately after the tribulation of those days. What tribulation was it? According to Matthew 24:15 it is immediately after the antichrist reign, and he reigns from the midpoint of the seven year period to the end of the seven year period. Revelation 6:12-13 so when u see the sun darkened (eclipse) and the moon turns to blood (blood moon) and the stars, or powers of heaven shaken, they can happen at only one time in history, and that's immediately after the tribulation of those days, which means the seven year period is over. If we don't have absolutes in Revelation we will never have order to anything in Revelation these events happen immediately after the seven year period is over, and not at the midpoint of the seven year period.

Jesus already died on the cross for our sins. When we accept that then the holy spirit is in us. The Holy Spirit in us will not be subjected to what Jesus already died on the cross for and we accepted that beautiful gift. What purpose would it serve to have souls that already accepted Jesus endure the Tribulation??? It would serve no purpose. The Tribulation is to shake up unbelievabers and give them one final chance to accept Jesus....and even after experiencing that some will sadly still refuse to accept Jesus. Jesus is a loving God and a merciful Lord. His mercy is taking believers all home before the Tribulation. His mercy is also letting non believers go through the Tribulation so prayfully through that time they will become believers and therefore not have to suffer eternity in Hell. Jesus is working with what we are deciding with our free will and akways giving us every chance to go to heaven....but if we are already His, there is absolutely no need to suffer the Tribulation and God will not ket His children suffer that wrath. No purpose to it

I don't see anywhere that anyone gets saved in the tribulation? As I understand it, the "saints that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus" would be the remnant Jews that are kept safe in the wilderness? I'd love your thoughts!!

I am a pre-trib but I see this argument as unproductive. Especially considering how stubborn a lot of them are. Whether before or after the event it is where your faith lies when your time comes that matters most and after, there will be no mistaking where to those who mistake doctrine in this way. I see them begging forgiveness when they realise and as such, Saved. There is only 1 way to escape this world and the corruption that is within all of us or you choose your own destruction. The only choice that ever mattered. Edit:- we are talking Christians anyway and so long as they trust the blood does it matter what they think of as when?

I had a dream and in the dream I saw a very huge golden calf like the one the children of Israel built after leaving Egypt but the one I saw was very very huge. Myself and other believers were on a bus and I told everyone on the bus that Jesus is coming. After I said that, the huge golden calf started falling towards the bus, fire started to come down too but that fire didnt consume anyone on the bus and the golden calf fell down and broke into many pieces then I woke up from my dream. I believe the believers will have to be set apart before the destruction, like Moses called on those that believed in God to come to him and those that decided to be beside the golden calf were destroyed.

Revelation 8:2 - "And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, *and to them were given* seven trumpets" - it clearly shows that 7 trumpets are received by 7 angels f r o m God, - therefore their trumpets ARE God's trumpets. Therefore it's both: the 7 trumpets of angels are the 7 trumpets of God - since they are received by them from God. That's why the last 7-th trumpet is mentioned by Paul in 1Cor 15:52 and 1 Thess 4:16 - which ap.John mentioned later in Revelation 10:7 as the angel told him about the time of sounding this last, 7-th trumpet by the 7-th angel. the main issue for me ( as a pre-tribber for 37 + years, am now pre-wrath), is when does the wrath of God start seal 1 or seal 6, the word tribulation is thilipsis, which is different the orge which is the word for wrath. Also the whole book of revelation appears not to be chronological ( some parts are), compare seal 6 with the 7th bowl, it seems they are speaking of the same event, seal 6 has the sky rolled up like a scroll compare with Is 34:4, in seal 6th they see Jesus in verse 16 which happens in Rev 19, I see seal 6 as an overview of the whole book with the rest of revelation as the details.

The wrath that is released in rev 12 is not the only wrath. There is wrath in the first three years also. Look Paul cannot say encourage one another with these things if we supposed to be looking forward to the worst time in human history there’s nothing encouraging about that!

However, in studying end-times Bible prophecy, it is very important to differentiate between the two. The second coming is when Jesus returns to defeat the Antichrist, destroy evil, and establish His millennial kingdom. The second coming is described in Revelation 19:11-16. The important differences between the rapture and second coming are as follows: 1) At the rapture, believers meet the Lord in the air (1 Thessalonians 4:17). At the second coming, believers return with the Lord to the earth (Revelation 19:14). 2) The second coming occurs after the great and terrible tribulation (Revelation chapters 6-19). The rapture occurs before the tribulation (1 Thessalonians 5:9; Revelation 3:10). 3) The rapture is the removal of believers from the earth as an act of deliverance (1 Thessalonians 4:13-17, 5:9). The second coming includes the removal of unbelievers as an act of judgment (Matthew 24:40-41). 4) The rapture will be secret and instant (1 Corinthians 15:50-54). The second coming will be visible to all (Revelation 1:7; Matthew 24:29-30). 5) The second coming of Christ will not occur until after certain other end-times events take place (2 Thessalonians 2:4; Matthew 24:15-30; Revelation chapters 6-18). I think about the battles in the book of joshua God is sovereign and can pick people off with a perfect accuracy… so even if its not pre-trib, i believe God has the power to keep us under His protection.

Totally disagree with Bob that the judgements are just being retold. The 7 seals, 7 bowls, and 7 trumpets are individual judgements. DEFINITELY not being retold! God's number of completion and perfection is 777. So your right there isn't 14 judgements Bob there is 21. Maybe you need to study the book Revelation more. Just saying God bless.

Listen again to Derrick about the punishment for sin. The cross has forgiven all those who have believed and received Jesus. Those since the crucifixion. Those preached to in prison when Jesus preached to them. So the others who have not received Jesus. They will have to go thru the tribulation..
