People says 36000 jobless aspirants gets job after SSC CGL 2022 result. Is It so ?? Not at all There is a big game which has been played by SSC. This game is called Rolling of seats. It is 100% true that atleast 5000-6000 seats would be vacant due to wrong DV, already doing job for higher post can't skip DV when they will get lower post & deserving candidate can't take the post. Now, these vacancy will be transfered to CGL 23 and same game will be continued. This type of recruitment is not for giving job but to increase the count of offered government job to aspirant. They does not bother about whether they will joint or not. In the brightness of SSC Fast process and joining, you are not able to see the main focus of government. If you have any doubt about this, after joining of these post, you can put 1 RTI and asked about joining candidate in SSC 2022. Rest you all are knowledgable. You have to raise your voice against this rolling of seats. Don't skip these loopholes. I request you to kindly raise your voice. Thank you

I am a postal assistant for the last five years in West Bengal,I have worked both in head office and sub office. My personal evaluation of the job is... Posting- Home posting possible. Rule 38 transfer very much easy. This is the ONLY PRO of the job in my view. Salary - around 37k to 40k( depending on x,y,z City) Respect- Not much. Moreover most of the people have adverse view about post office. Infrastructure you get to work with - Bad. It frustrates me. Power- come on! It's a clerical job. No power . If you become SPM you will have some authority over your PA,MTS, Postmen( although your responsibility will outweight that, you will get same salary as an ordinary pa). But not much( you will understand after you become spm why I say not much🤣) Work environment- depends on coworkers. But mostly not very good. Unhelpful and unsympathetic people are not very rare here. In HOs the environment is even worse. Union politics can make situation even worse. Chance to study- Forget it if your posting is in a state like Bengal or in a busy place. Work is hectic. I didnt get mental energy to read after a hectic and frustrating day of work. You might be able or might not. Overall- this should not be among the top options in your list if you want some enjoyable job with good infra and work environment ,respect, power and time to prepare for other jobs. But, after all having a job is always better than not having one.
