3rd interview??? WTF ???How many friggen interviews are there???

@@seanmurphy5540 the only reason there is the third interview is because people have been cheating on the test so in order for them to filter out those people they have been doing the third interview, which is the final interview in order for you to actually get hired on fully

I just had my interview panel last week for the 971/972 I got interviewed for mm-7 and mm-9mpe tbh was looking at this video all week before my interview and helped me!!! Now just waiting for a response back any idea how long the process is after the interview

Yes the content was really relevant and helpful Unfortunately I was ineligible for the interview but it’s fine I’ll wait my 6 months and give it another try

Good information 👍🏽 ... but question, though. Why does it take so long to have a bid offered to you when coming over from automation to maintenance. I took the test and passed the interview back in July 2024, and I'm still waiting for maintenance to pick me up. Yet, most other people backdoor the process and get into custodial bids and jump the line, so to speak. I don't want to become a custodian just to get into maintenance, but it seems like you're penalized if you don't become one. Tons of people way junior than me are now in maintenance, and I'm still waiting.

It took me 2years after i passed the test in order to get pulled over into maintenance and i started as a mm7 being a custo isnt so bad but i get what you mean dont want to do it at all just takes time feels like its random at times but be patient

How did you dress for the interview? Do you need to wear a full blown suite or is a nice button up cool?

try to be as presentable as possible but not to flashy they care more about your answers, observation skills and personality, firm handshakes eye contact and always go to make contact first squeeze hands firmly even if its a woman

@@leonardosoto7558 yes you do have a shot for sure. Just look for books that have something to do with tools and talk to the local maintenance guy at the house and you live in or people that you know that’s pretty handy as well.
