As our population continuously and rapidly grows, various diseases and viruses are also emerging. In this trying times, health must be our top priority. There's this remarkable line that someone told me, "Eat Healthy foods and you will live wealthy for the rest of your life." I strongly agree with this because health is something that money can't buy. We really need to invest for a good health because our body is our tool to express ourselves. We are the one responsible on whatever diseases we may catch and we can't blame anyone for that because it is our body in the first place. Our role is to take good care of it by practicing a healthy lifestyle. Healthy Eating is the easiest way toward a healthy body. Knowing what you eat is very vital and each one of us should always keep in mind. Eating healthy foods provides us numerous benefits and that is what this poster stands for. The light bulb symbolizes the brighter mind that we can achieve in eating healthy foods. I drew a child to tell everyone that healthy eating must start at early years of everyone's life. In this way, children of today's generation will already know the importance of having a healthy body at their early age and they will bring this idea as they grow old. The people holding hands on the upper part of the poster symbolizes our collective efforts. It is us working and supporting everyone hand in hand to help each other live a healthy life. We may not achieve it quickly but I believe, If we all join forces, little by little we can make this world a better place to live in where everyone possesses a healthy body.

Iaapply mo na siya agad umpisa palang tapos pag nakulayan mo na yung ibang parts, saka mo doblehin ang pagkakakulay sa inapply mong white. 'Pag nadumihan, kaskasin mo muna gamit ang kuko mo bago mo doblehin para di kumalat at maghalo yung kulay.
