what happens if arcuate ligament(Fibular collateral lig.) is torn or partially torn..as I had a acute injury resulting in twisting of my knee and now my knee seems to dislocate when I take sharp turns or sudden movements..and there is tenderness..and with time this dislocation is decreasing.. plz tell me what should I do for good and what should I prevent
