Which process/daemon (sendmail or smtpd), mail sent by people from my domain using outlook or webmail will receive/handle... Say,, I (sender) want to send email to user (receiver) having gmail or yahoo account through my email server using outlook how will it be handled... Will outlook communicate with my email server doing all smtp transaction activities.. ?

i understood your question, Please watch my postfix architecture video, mail sent from postfix to another mail server is always done by remote delivery agent named "smtp", and when postfix receives any mail it receives by the smtpd daemon, smtpd can listen on several port at a time, 587, 465, 25, for different different purposes. @@mohammadosmangoni9357 you are confused again, smtpd daemon is for receiving from MUA, "smtp" remote delivery agent is for another mail server, both utilizes same 25 port. on the postfix architecture, i described the mail log, there you will see this very clearly. thanks.

Another postfix email server will send email using smtp daemon but my postfix email server will listen/receive by smtpd daemon and my postfix email server will send email to other email server using smtp daemon.. So smtp is for sending Email and smtpd for receiving email (both from MUA and another email server/MTA)?

will smtpd_use_tls=yes in main.cf file of my email server make/enforce other email server like gmail/yahoo/other MTA to transfer/send email to my email server using tls/ssl means in encrypted way....

no, it will not force anyone to send with tls, but you are forcing your mail server not to receive any mail without tls, no mail server from internet will send you mail to your 25 port with tls. this is not general setup/practice. you will enable 25 port tls only on the submission port 587 and smtps 465 port, so that your client must set 25 port with tls to their outlook setup at the smtp outgoing server setup. please see my videos carefully i have elaborately described everything. thanks.
