5 Ls were one play/error games. JD6 was really rusty coming back from a back injury last year that destroyed his conditioning. Something like 8 picks in 4 games or something atrocious like that. Couldn’t make the throws he had been accustomed to. Also lost a great OC to pennstate and there was an adjustment period with the new OC. I'm not sure what happened today but there was a lot of missed tackles on the line of scrimmage that could stop a bunch of yardage. They got to tackle to stop the run. The team got to also protect Sheduer from hits and when he can't find the open player, just run the 10 yards and slide to avoid the hits. He got the protection but waited too long to run. Kansas wasn't better, they just played harder and smarter and blocked for their runner. You're awesome Deion Sanders, Colorado has been turned into a champion team

Excellent Interview, Coach Prime. Message to the Colorado Buffs: The Buffs showed resilience against Kansas, with solid touchdowns, key defensive tackles, and moments of skill that highlighted the team's capabilities. However, Coach Prime's message is clear: complacency has no place on the field. As he put it, "they were filling themselves," a reminder that pride can be kryptonite for any team. I see that too. Encouragement for the Team to Reset: Like Ralphie, the Buffs must charge from the start, bulldozing through every challenge. We can't afford to slow down-focus, determination, and tunnel vision must guide us. "Like the Colorado Buffs' mascot, the bull, when you step on that field, you charge with one purpose: tunnel vision, full speed ahead, no slowing down until you reach the end zone-no distractions, no hesitation, only the goal in sight." Coach Prime's words were on point: stay humble, renew, and never get comfortable. God bless the coaches, staff, and players. Onward to the next game-let's win next week with a renewed mindset and lessons learned! 💪

Turning down that Defensive penalty that wouldve backed Kansas offense up another 10yards... might have been the most important none play of the game....

It was understandable because he trusted his defense i didn’t think it would’ve changed anything dude wasn’t getting wrapped up

Some of the worst tackling I’ve ever seen. Huge choke job today. These boys thought the ticket to the CFP was already booked

Cheap shots have to be flagged, simple. Travis got hurt last season by an uncalled cheap shot. Shedeur today took 2 cheap shots, no flag. Name it coach quit smoothing over the no call risk to your player’s career health.

KU’s strength is their running game and they used their best player very effectively today vs Colorado’s biggest weakness..their run defense. They’re still in the hunt for a shot at the Big 12 Championship due to another BYU loss to ASU. Hang tough Buffs. Take the L and respond accordingly!!’

IN ADDITION: KANSAS is a run team... with the few passes they had, they're a run team... I would have sent the kitchen sink at that double pull zone they ran so well and forced them to beat me with the pass... Poorly called game by the Colorado Defensive coordinator and egregious poor tackling.
