Such a great list. It's been 21 years since my first postpartum experience, but it is all the same today. One thing you don't mention is prune juice or prunes. These were included in my life for the month after birth. They helped soften stool naturally. Your videos are so helpful. I'll be sharing with new mamas that I know.
