You are such an amazing, genuine human. Your kids are so fortunate to have you for their Mumma. Your vlogs really inspire me to hopefully one day be as good a patient and nuturing Mum as you. Thank you for sharing and teaching Teresa! 💙

Hey Teresa, I tried posting this when you first pinched your nerve but I have a chronic illness and couldn’t stay up long enough to post properly and accidentally posted some kind of monstrosity instead, so here’s attempt god knows what number god only knows! I’m sure you’ve heard of and probably already own your own magnesium spray. You can get it from most health food shops and chemists. Just check for purity in the spray, the same as you would with any other similar products like the oils. While you have your mum with you, get her to use incredibly liberal amounts of the spray where you pinched the nerve and arond your neck and shoulder, especially those muscles that come lup into your head on sort of both sides of your spinal cord that go right into the base of your skull? If other people can do those it’s so helpful. Then either yourself or your mum or person can gently massage the pathway of weird feeling right to your fingers. This won’t be an instant solution but. Wishing you all the wellness and joy in your transition back to LA, being reunited Mark, getting to finally introduce Prairie to her very oldest brother and generally just enjoying your super crazy family life. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anybody thrive on chaos as much as you. I’m not saying you love it all, it just seems that you really are our zen mama and you find a way not just to deal with it but to let it flow through you, taking the positive energy it has to offer. That you found another soul to walk side by side with you in life is so lucky and I’m kinda jealous but you’re such a wonderful person, you deserve this partnership and it’s proof that good things come to good souls. Sorry it’s taken me ages to edit this KZbin community. The chronic illness side of things is not fun and i had to put Nancy, my first guide dog, who I’d had for 9&1/2 years, down on Monday and the emotional turmoil of knowing I made the right choice battling the floods of grief is just flattening right now. So this must have looked really weird. Also, sorry it’s blabby and long. Articulation is also not my strong suit right now. I’m just so glad Teresa has bought Prairie into the world how she hoped and that, though it’s not easy as eating ice cream, it’s been so good and right for her family. Thank you Teresa, so much. Many blessings.
