Hi thanks for liking the video. Do you want to extract data from ABAQUS CAE or you have experimental data as a file and want to input to ABAQUS? Polymers generally require viscoelastic material models and you might be needing creep and relaxation test data to simulate such material. More details would help in understanding your problem and propose a solution.

Hello sir!! Thank you for reply!! I have an experimental data as a file & I want to in put to Abaqus !! For a tensile test then I should extract a stress-strain data to do " a convergence study" I wish u have understand my question ?? My problem is what should I in put as properties to have a valable "stress-strain data" ??

Meng Lin thanks for the comment. It was made using Remote Desktop connection and hence based on the internet connection it might be getting blurred. If you have any specific question then I can make a short video with better quality. Thanks
