A very effective technique to support more upright and neutral posture. This encourages the body into a more functional posture and whilst supporting the muscles to fulfill their proper function. Rather than do the work for you as some postural braces do, this tape makes it easier to activate the muscles and encourages the muscles and fascias to return to their natural role.
Here I have used GripIt Active Tape 7.5cm width (for the cross) and 10cm width (for the horizontal rhomboid strip). Active Tape stretches in both vertical and horizontal directions and is distinct from traditional kinesiology tape (known as Advance Tape in the GripIt range).
