I find its kind of critical to have multiple spawn locations with kits for raid defense. Turn those outside TCs into loot rooms is a start. Also somewhere up top away from the main entrance on top. Then eventually a small starter base away from your own. Then if you raid any bases you always take them over. Just leave a small amount of resources and one kit. It often takes at least a whole day for a base to decay so you don't even really have to worry about upkeep on those outside spawns. Turrets are a serious jerk to deal with. Experienced people know that its basically a "free" gun if they are willing to spend a stupid amount of time to get it. I've been trying to find the best way to utilize them. Best thing I have found was a stacking method that allowed a gap in the outer TCs and the turrets are hidden within those. But the angle can be limited. Another way to deal with the grubs is to raise the turrets up higher so its not as easy to mess with. I don't know how much Rust content you watch yourself. But dude, you are the goat. I can tell you are always looking to improve. I think the one thing that gets improvement is your base designs. The basic 2x1 and 2x2 are very reliable designs that work fine. But if you want a better raid defense you may want to look into other options. I fully understand that you PVP gods don't really care about the base. Just giving suggestions to help for when you inevitably get raided by these goons.
