Add following into a bowl: Grate a large boiled potato Grate 3 small boiled eggs 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black Pepper 1/2 tsp Garam masala power 1/2 tsp Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 cup fried onion 3 medium sized chopped green chilies 2 tbsp chopped coriander 1tsp ginger garlic paste Mix well Grease hands with oil Take out out ball sized portion Roll into ball Flatten and put on a plate U should have 10 They should kinda look like cookies Dip in beaten eggs and then in bread crumbs Refrigerate for 10 min Then fry in medium heat in oil Enjoy 😉

In Indonesia it's called "perkedel". But we don't use any breadcrumbs. Or garam masala or egg boiled. Only potato, egg, peper, salt, chopped garlic. And if you want, you can add some minced beef or chicken. And after watch this video. I think i should try this recipe. Looks mouthwatering. Thanks for sharing.
