4 medium sized potatoes
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 glass of warm water
1 bunch of leeks
1 teaspoon salt

1-First, let's boil the potatoes.
2- Let's add flour and salt to our kneading bowl, mix it and knead it with water. After kneading it, let it rest for 10 minutes.
3- Let's put the boiled potatoes in a large bowl and mash them, then add the leeks, salt and spices and mix them.
4- Let's cut the dough into equal pieces and roll them, roll them out with the help of a rolling pin, add a tablespoon of our mixture in the middle of the dough and spread them.
5- After spreading, let's cover the dough from three sides. Take the Tavvaz stove, apply some oil and cook the pancakes. Before turning the pancakes, let's wrap them in oil and turn them and cook them well on both sides.
6- Finally, we can take a serving plate and serve it.
