Potato & Bacon Soup Recipe - Easy & delicious Soup made in the Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender.
This is an AMAZING easy and delicious soup made in Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender. This recipe is super easy and delicious and is well worth a try if you like simple fuss free meals. Check out the recipe below.
INGREDIENTS
1 Onion peeled & quartered
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Potatos peeled & cubed
3 Rashers Bacon Cooked
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Chicken Stock
Salt & Black pepper to taste
METHOD:
Peel and quarter Onion. Add Onion, Garlic & Olive Oil to Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender and select saute. Once finished add Potato, Bacon, Cream and Chicken Stock to Blender (I also added some Parmesan Cheese I had left over)...and select smooth soup function.
Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender will run through smooth soup cycle for approx 30 minutes and when finish you will have a beautiful smooth Potato & Bacon Soup.

Folks: you would be better of to use Low Sodium stock and bacon. Your heart will thank you. I know for sure !!!
