Potato Egg cutlet /Egg Chop /Aloo Kebab/ Egg Roll Recipe for kids, Tiffin box | Dim Chop | Egg Devil

Hello busy moms!
Today's recipe is Egg chop or egg potato cutlet.... very easy to make. Make some egg chop/ dimer chop and store in your fridge with at least a dozen of them.
Why? When Kids are hungry - need some Handiest food for them, when guests come in you can serve them, in a busy morning you can put it in tiffin box for kids lunch. - perfect egg potato snacks for all.

Ingredients

Potato (boiled AND mashed) - 2 cups
Eggs (hard-boiled) - 3 medium
Chili flakes - 1/2 tblsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger juice - 1 tsp
Fried onion - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tblsp
Tasting salt - 1/4 tsp
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Beaten egg with salt and pepper
Milk - 1.5 tblsp
Oil for frying
