In this video we are going to prepare potato gravy.
Ingredients :
medium sized potato - 2
medium size onion - 1
tomato - 2
oil - 3 to 4 tasp
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
bay leaf - 1
cloves - 3
cardamom - 1
coriander powder - ½ table spoon
required chili powder
garam masala powder - ¼ tablespoon
turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
required salt
kasuri methi - 1 table spoon
