You can make aloo Paratha. Make dao of maida and make ball and inside the balls you put aloo moxture. Try to make roti and fry it in tawa . Put some oil or ghee on the pan and fry paratha.

I think you want to cook Aloo Chop. For this you have to make battar of chana besan. Mix a pinch of salt, haldi powder in to it and make ball of potato mixture and pour it into the besan batter . Fry it in to oil.

Лично я не разделяю такого пафоса относительно этой семьи. Идёт с аппетитом это точно всё, что она готовит. Не сомневаюсь, что это традиционно, делает сравнительно чисто правильно. Но мне всегда грустно видеть как они уплетают. Я всегда думаю а что едят в это время дети, как они одеты, как там живётся далеко от родителей.
