nice setup but lots of areas that can use bruise control, when purchasing in the supermarket after a few days potatoes start to show signs of black and white bruise indicators if not properly handled during packaging

We grow about 150 acres each year, and we mainly grow Superiors but we also grow some yellow and red varieties. We are all involved in every step of the process!
