In this video we will see how to make potato snacks recipe in tamil. These crispy potato bites are a great appetizer and are ideal to serve as an evening snack. The crispy exterior and the soft and flaky interior makes a sharp contrast in texture of this recipe. When frying them in oil make sure to adjust the temperature of oil, if it is too hot the exterior will get burnt and if the temperature is too low, the snack will absorb a lot of oil.
