Potatoes with rice from the oven. A perfect accompaniment to meat, fish and chicken.
Today we bring you an extremely simple recipe for potatoes and rice from the oven. It goes perfectly with all types of red meat, fish and chicken. With a little cream, we're sure you'll enjoy it.
INGREDIENTS :
1 onion
1 cup of rice
600 grams of potatoes
spices: salt, pepper, paprika, vegetables, parsley
RECIPE:
✅ Cut 1 onion into cubes and 600 grams of potatoes into slices.
✅ Fry the onion for 5 minutes
✅ Oil the pan and add the fried onions, potatoes and 1 glass of 200 ml rice that we previously washed.
✅ Put oil over the potatoes and rice and season with: salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of vegetables and 1 teaspoon of paprika - mix everything well.
✅ Add enough water. We poured 1 liter. The water must cover both potatoes and rice and even more than cover.
✅ Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 230°C until the water boils
✅ Put some parsley on top and our side dish is ready. You are welcome.
