In this particular video I show the next little harvest I got from the garden 5-19-24 to cook some for Sunday supper and the rest to put up in freezer. If you watch other videos you will see garden progression and how I been harvesting a little at a time because it is time consuming to clean and put up (preserve) for later use. I did a bit of math for the average pounds I been getting of the potatoes. If the balance of what is left in the garden then I should end up with about 70 pound per row, so with 3 rows that is 210 pounds of potatoes for this season of potatoes. I think this is the best harvest of any garden I've ever had anywhere I've gardened before. I planted 7 pounds of seed potatoes per row, each row is 35' long. The onions are another crop I want to do some math on for the pounds I have harvested. I'll talk about it in a future video.
