RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
Hello friends!
Boil potatoes 500 grams (3 medium-sized pieces).
30 grams of butter.
50ml. Milk.
1 egg.
1 teaspoon of salt.
150 grams of flour.
The dough should be soft and viscous.
Finely chop 1 onion.
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan.
Salt.
Fry the onion until transparent.
Grate 1 carrot.
Salt.
Roasted golden brown.
Minced meat 500 grams.
Salt.

Fry the minced meat until golden brown.э.
Black pepper.

Put the dough in the form.
Dip a spoon in vegetable oil.
Flatten the dough.
Make a page.
Place half of the ground beef in the middle.
