What do you think of having War museums added to the game? For retiring a Great Admiral or General you could retire them into a War Museum and obtain culture and tourist points. Also some war artifacts for themes.

She is amazing as domination, since you can just take capitals or cities with high population and the rest crumble under loyalty. You can even do a whole domination victory with no grievances.

I feel like you tunnel vision a bit too hard into building walls for tourism. They're fine in more developed cities that build them fast, but in smaller cities you could build a holy site, shrine and temple for a comparable cost (even if slightly more expensive). And delaying a +20 faith(+ adjacency)/ +24 tourism income for 50 turns in a small city doesn't seem worth it for an eventual +6 tourism.

Quick question, how was Qeshqer founded 2 tiles from Rouens? I thought it had to be 3 tiles apart for a city to be settled.

I think cities can be settled closer than three tiles when ocean/coast tiles separate them

I think pirating is fully permissable if you owned the game in the past and lost access to it in one form or another (console destroyed, disk lost, etc.) or you are pirating it purely as a trial/dont trust the company and want to ensure the quality before you actually buy it. I realize theres a lot of room for scummy people to take advantage of the 2nd reason but I simply hate greedy companies like EA and simply do not care if they lose a couple bucks cause of shady practices...

Not sure about congress meeting, but you need to build them before you research steel, and ideally before you lose the Limes card.

And Congress probably had the production boost for city center buildings

He had limes plugged in for 300% and last congress they voted for walls being easier to build. So there was a huge boost, that's why he was going hard on them. Also there is a short window where you get science from them and tourism I think so it synergiezed anyway.
