​@@goodgoinghopefully Unfortunately, I do not know a lot of people, and the ones I know are not renting. Your best bet would be to look with Kijiji. Or the other option is to get the number of a local broker in Brampton. They have a good incentive since they get a month's rent from the Landlord. Also, now is a great time to look since the prices of the rentals are down at least $100 - $300. Best of luck!

It's a tough time for new comers to fetch a job as most of the companies have freeze their recruitment. I would suggest to get any survival jobs(like walmart or any other store). Once you earn around 5k, you will be eligible for CERB. Wish you all the best.

Wow brand new basement in 1250 dollars all inclusive with brand new appliances and no contract obligation. Here in London, very old compact one bed flat in below average area with old appliances cost u more than 2000 CAD. Plus bloody council tax monthly which cost u further 200 CAD. Dont think to come to UK.

Second option for economical furniture and cutlery items is value village/dollarama, can save you some real bucks. 3. Extending your stay in downtown area would be better. Danforth area has lot of desi grocery near Massey Square. Also, you are near to host of office buildings which you can use for networking and quickly find a job. Your personality has lot of elegance to meet people there and share your experiences. Living for 1700 in Downtown is better than 1265 in Brampton as you can avoid car related expenses for few months. If you get a job (even survival) in downtown it will be great as Simran already has a job. Downtown is deserted due to Covid but normally it is a fun place. Let me know what you think of it.
