if you are going in IT job in USA. how much sure you about getting Green cards in next 12 to 15 years. than citizenship in next 5,6 years (as per current timeline for Indians in que) if not worried about green card than go to USA and earn what you might think of compared to Canada. in Canada you might get PR in STEM Field in 2 years. If all your cards, go right.
