Sadly my legion had a similar experience last month with 1 of our members getting banned because enemy knows mods and uses them to ban people. Benreck is the player who did the same thing to us bragging how easily he could get anyone banned. Our member never does anything against the rules and absolutely does not hack in any way. He works hard leveling in extra servers to work on his talent. but they ban him for the weeks of the server, and at the end he received a 10 year ban. It wasn't until he appealed the 10 year ban to customer support and devs got involved that he got the ban lifted and got his account back. I hope the game punishes every mod who bans people who aren't cheating just to help their friends in the server. This itself is cheating. Any mod doing this should be completely banned from the game as well as the players they are helping

It's because of mods helping their friends in server. The devs put trust in people to help run the game and servers and sadly those people abuse their position to help their friends in server. It happened to 1 of my friends who never cheat. If this happens you have to contact the devs either through dc or customer support and they will figure out if your actually cheating or not, lift your ban and hopefully punish the mod who did it. If your ban isn't lifted than you're using some type of illegal software or you broke some type of rule
