Good video. I bought my D85 about 4 years ago. It just sat in my closet. I did a camera mod and added a GoPro 9. The Potensic App no longer exists for this. I wanted to use it for sone of my mysic videos. I reached out to Potensic to see if there is any other app I can use... especially for the orbit setting. Thanks for the video!

Thanks so much for watching, they don’t have anything for this drone right now. Some guys modify the antennas, but it doesn’t get you much more range on it. This one is good for learning how to fly, it’s a start towards a hobby grade. A DJI Spark has been selling for a few hundred bucks now and still is an awesome drone. Or save up for a Mavic mini.

JeepdogsRCbikelife 1 just pends on what your needing from a drone. If you want a drone that is going to follow you, and you can afford the price, then I would get the skydio 2. The Obstacle avoidance on that drone is amazing.

This one did ok, I was having more problems with the sd card and some of the footage being Distorted. Just need a better camera system on this, that would be pretty decent. Thanks again Bryan

Nice, just like the JJRC Pro X5, Bugs 5W, HS 700D and the Helifar X5 Epik. They're all great flyers and use basically the same controller.

Is your phone 5g WiFi Network Compatible? If it’s not 5G it’s not gonna pick up. Also if you watch my video you have to calibrate the drones gps first before you go to hook up the Wi-Fi FPV. The Wi-Fi will not show up unless the drone has gone through the calibration process.

As long as the 5G WiFi is 802.11ac WiFi, then you will have no problem. You can ask your carrier or google your phones model number and you should be able to find out.

Hello great video. Can you please do a little video of of close up of your phone connecting to the drone on a 5g network. I know I am being stupid but can use the drone in my house through wifi but if I go over the park away from my wifi then I don't know how to connect the drone through 5G. Please help. The drone puts out its own 5g WiFi signal, so as long as your phone has 5g WiFi Capability you should be able to connect to it. What’s the drones calibrated and ready for flight you should be able to see the drones Wi-Fi signal in your Wi-Fi settings of your mobile device. If you don’t then your phone is not 5G Wi-Fi compatible, I have to use my iPhone 7 Plus. So you will have to google your phone to see if it has 5g WiFi Capability or if it’s just a 2.4g WiFi.

Hi. I have a Motorola G6 5G phone and the gps NEVER shows working on app. Potensic should have never released such an unstable app they REFUSE to update. I'm pretty sure I'm going to file a complaint with the FCC. Any suggestions on the gps not registering on phone? App is pathetic and dangerous to people and aircraft but the drone itself is very cool. HELP!

Something happing like that I would contact the seller for replacement or refund if your not getting any satellite connection. Not sure why you can’t see any number of satellites on the app, I already gave the drone away so I can not look at it. With out me seeing it in person what it’s doing, it will be hard for me to Determine what the problem is. Sorry I wish I could be more help.

Also the controller tells you how many satellites you have and it’s your main Telemetry for the drone. So as long as your satellites are 8 or more on the controller then your good to fly. So I wouldn’t worry about the app to much because you can fly without a mobile device.

i think you missed a few things. Gesture mode Vs. GPS mode. How the Drone reacts to the two different functions. 2 Headless mode Vs. Non Headless mode. Again how the Drone reacts to the controls and when to use one over the other.3 How to use the App new function. What Icon to hit , there are several. And if you hate demonstrating in the wind so much ,we all can see how windy it is you dont have to keep mentioning it, try another day. And another time of day if the sun gives a glare. I felt like I went to the park on a windy day and watched a friend fly a new drone.
