Potential Air Elemental, Sylph or Spinning Rod

Here is a unique one. Recorded Sept. 7, 2022, this is what I believe to be an air elemental known as a sylph. They are also referred to as spinning rods by some. I have another video of one in the dark that is not this clear. I will upload it at some point and link it to this one when I do. Thank you for watching!
