There is a one doubt Sir , at cos 180 degree by formula potential energy is not zero while logically the charges at similar situation as 90 degree, only difference is that -q is at upper side while +q is lower side.

Sir , in this video you calculate the potential energy of an electric dipole in an uniform electric field. Does it nessasary the uniform electric field should be infinite i,e should a huge space be associated with uniform electric field where the dipole will be placed ? Please ans me .

Sir in this video you bring the dipole from right(infinity ) and place it in uniform electric field and find that the potential energy is negative when it is parallel to electric field but when i brought the dipole from below region of electric field and place it in uniform electric field parallel to it then i found the potential energy is not negative and it is zero . Then plz say me am I wrong or right?

If The external torque should be opposite direction of the torque of the Electric field the it must -P×E and not P× E . Please correct me if I m wrong

Hello Sohan, Work done by the external agent is stored in the system. So yahan external agent hum hain, jo ise rotate kar rahe hain. Aur hum jis direction me torque laga rahe hain usi direction me ye rotate kar raha hai. Hope it helped.
