I feel like the fanbase is being a bit hysterical. It’s highly likely Chloe plays a role in this story but it may be a big reveal, surprise or part of the plot. I think they just aren’t saying anything because it’s a spoiler so I think is best to be patient and judge it at the end!

yeah she is not having a big role. if they dont want to null a timeline then if you chose to save chloe route will be a short cameo not a big story element since that would change the game alot.

That’s the most likely outcome and I agree fans are making mountains out of molehills like usual. I mean _of course Chloe will make an appearance and it would be a big deal._ But my complaint and the complaint of others is that when Safi asks about who the portrait in Max’s wallet is supposed to be of, there should have been an option that that reads “MY WIFE!” Instead we got _We were high school sweethearts_ and _We were just friends._ That past tense wording is very worrisome for the Bae over Bay crowd. I’m also not digging the new artstyle. Too much bump mapping and reflective surfaces that give an uncanny valley feel. But I’ll get used to it. The aesthetics peaked at Season 1 and 2.

I’m thinking she shows up at the end of the game, like she sees max and decides to sit next to her on a bench. I’ll probably do my best to avoid any spoilers bcuz oct 15th is when it’s early access. Hopefully we get a sequel or prequel to their story within a couple years.

Also I think the leak sounds very real if it is from 2 years ago, it knows so much! It is worrying that it says the ending part isn’t good, I thought that of true colors great start but not great ending. I hope they have had time to work on it, I am so excited for this game 😊

In the first game sacrifice Arcadia Bay not Chloe and in the beginning of double exposure it will most likely say "did you sacrifice Arcadia Bay or Chloe"

dont over think it Chloe just gonna be here in a scenario similar to kate marsh if you save her (the hospital scenario)witch you dont get if she jump or in the alt reality (depend on youre choice in lis 1) because its near to impossible for the dev to made her a character with a big role due to the choice we made in lis1 they would have to create a whole other story for the 2 ending or just have Chloe and a other character with similar cutscene witch would be shitty so probably not but we will have a lot of cameo in alt reality i think mb like rachel and other like a fan service thing or she the vilain in the story (that would explain why dev dont want to give us info) by getting power in a alt reality that could be and you will have to finish the story by sacrifice her going back to the last choice in lis1 full circle because the whole story was she needed to die in the bathroom the train Mark ect... even in the alt reality when shes on a wheelchair she die by you or gonna die anyway or even by the strom alt reality everyday hero so making her alive here or alt reality witch is the one you saved her would maybe fuck up something bigger and learning why pepeol get power ect in a weird fuck up alt reality like in the end of lis 1 when max talk to herself idk im going too far

come on, "another people with powers", really? like, what can possibly be the motivation for them to do this in alternate realities? i believe it's either a self-fulfilling prophecy aka the notebook with poems that has no author but a traveler in time brought it from another place to complete the cycle. Or it's all Max, and she does this to prevent the end of the world. in the end it is a huge writing disadvantage which will be really hard to get through without stepping on it, because it's easy to make the whole story feel forced = cheap fan service made for money

@Quartermaster1463 there's been literally zero evidence of her being in the game and it really wouldn't make sense given a lot of the first lis game was figuring out where Rachel went. There's obviously going to be the slimmest chance of it because alternate realities can be anything, but I really strongly believe she's not coming back lmfao , like I doubt they would create a whole universe that changes even the first games storyline
