Yes, the 4:07 one was a mistake. As for why I add them, it shows their relationship with one another (who’s older/who has a longer career, etc.) I’m usually in a rush when editing it last minute, and will make mistakes with honorifics. I’m only human, so please forgive me :c *Ishikawa tends to have an issue with calling people something other than their surname+-san, so sometimes he’ll switch between -kun and -san unconsciously and sometimes I miss that
