@@maliha3305 as far as i know, there has been no official confirmation from furudate but viz uses he/him pronouns on the published manga. also, i know that there's lengthy discourse about this so i usually call him sensei but i realized that if furudate chooses to go by he/him and created a male persona for himself then i should respect it.

i think it's super interesting how kaito-kun can put himself back into kageyama's place at the beginning of the series since he has so much character development. seeing the early series art was a bit of a shock to me since it's been so long since i've seen it. in any case, i'm really looking forward to seeing more of these shorts written by furudate! thanks so much for translating

I'm with them. I would love to see even more slice of live or deep development in the interactions of our characters outside the court. These are so hilarious and silly st first but at the same time well thought since it's not like it affects the impression of the personalities of the characters (non sense scenes or bad filling eps) but they reinforce the personalities and dynamics of the characters with a lot of sense; this little narration was a perfect execution of that since, as Murase-san mentioned, the essence of the type of relationship between KG and HN of "two high school students who are partners in volleyball but at the same time two individuals who are rivals" is still there. They give almost the same vibe when they are playing or not kkkkkk 🤣
