PoTS v CSF leaks

Spinal CSF leaks and PoTS have overlapping symptoms.
Chronic spinal CSF leaks can cause deconditioning which can lead to PoTS.
POTS should be considered in patients with orthostatic headaches, even in the presence of a CSF leak.
