ohh man, this was one of my fave cartoons as a kid - i remember thinking it was so cool to be able to meet your friends and hang out in dreamland. And didn't that nightmare prince have a nagging mother who used to call him on the phone (up his sleeve or something) Awww.. i still have fond memories. thanks uploader - i love it.

I remember this show. Over here in the US it was called 'Midnight Patrol' and the intro theme wasn't that much different from this one. I used to love the outro theme, which was exactly the same as the UK version here. Brings back memories.

When it was shown over here in the UK on the BBC in the early 90s, they didn't like the Midnight Patrol name as they thought it might inspire kids to go out in gangs late at night- true story!

The intro & outro-tunes simply oozes the sound of the the 80's-90's switching part (from Michael Jackson to Sega Mega Drive to me). Hard to top that even today.

Having noticed that Keiko rides a flying skateboard in the Dream Zone, I'd say that she went to see Back to the Future: Part II and, as I'm sure many other youngsters did, left the movie theatre wishing she had a hoverboard! That's my theory, anyway... :-)

Ah 1990, this was the era when Children's BBC were cautious on what to call kids shows, especially if they were imports from the US. Take Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as a good example, which was renamed as Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles in the UK as the BBC felt that Ninja was inappropriate for the UK kids. I was 9 years old when this was aired and do remember it very well shown on CBBC 1 in its day around 4.10pm, I think it was a Tuesday, but I could be wrong as it is 20 years now, lol!

I remember this 1990 British-American cartoon programme. I used to watch it when I was a child. It was shown on the BBC as a part of their children's block CBBC and TCC known as The Children's Channel (now defunct) years ago. It was produced by Hanna-Barbera in conjunction with Sleepy Kids PLC (then Entertainment Rights and now known as DreamWorks Classics after its 2012 purchase of Entertainment Rights) and is known outside the US as Potsworth & Co. In the United Kingdom, the BBC felt that the suggestion of children being awake after midnight was inappropriate (which is reflected in the theme song's lyrics in the British broadcast); thus the name was changed. Universal, a division of NBC Universal currently owns the rights of this cartoon after its 2016 purchase of DreamWorks Animation. I think it is one of few Hanna-Barbera cartoons which is not currently distributed by Warner Bros. despite the Hanna-Barbera library being owned by Warner Bros.

Ah, This theme just makes me feel little again. I loved this show to death when I was 6. CBBC really rocked during the early 90s. Then again TV and Life in general was much better around 1990! The last time BBC1 played this was during early mornings in 2004. Not like all this over-repeated shit they have now. Potsworth & Co was definitely a standout among the samey Hannah-Barbera shows. And the voice actors went on to some degree of stardom when they got older.

@RoofTopBoozers No my friend, you are not insane. It was just a long forgotten cartoon that only lasted 13 episodes and never got popular in the US (even though the voice recording sessions were done in the US). It was more popular in the UK and maybe Canada because those countries produced comics and action figures respectively. Good luck trying to find them on ebay though. They are all truly rare.

@anxresi I never actually noticed that until you mentioned it. It doesn't make any sense to me because Keiko's not actually wearing a dress. She wears a blue sweatshirt with a yellow trim on the bottom and her signature pink heart on the front, white sweat pants, pink socks, and pink sneakers. So, it doesn't make any sense for her to wear bloomers over her pants. Really weird, huh? Maybe she was in a hurry and got dressed the wrong way that morning LOL.
