Hi . Please can you explain to me . I watched lots of video.About of gosu paint. Some people using two tone paint.are their recipe different or just diluted with water. And there are many types of washi paper. I bought m/28 gr but it dosent work. Can you wrıte true name. Thanks from İstanbul

Thank you for your questions. Many people use the same gosu for both darker and lighter by adding water. However, there are different gosu types. Some have a more blueish color and others have a brownish color. Here is an example. www.tougei.com/shop/c/c71I00106/. (Of note, they don't sell stuff overseas.) There are many types of Washi paper. Washi is a type of paper to make Shogi (a traditional Japanese door). What I found was some Washi was very suitable to use with Gosu. Most were not. Murakami pottery supply store carries both Gosu (2 colors) and special Washi for the Washi method. ceramictools.shop/?category_id=60cbf8022bf90110dbd24e55. You can potentially use a piece of tissue paper instead of Washi. It works! Hope this helps.
