Very nice recipe,i'll try this tomorrow. My daughter used unpolished ragi,and rice soaked together and grinded in mixy.but ragi didn't grind. Please give me any idea about unpolished ragi.share me unpolished ragi recipe. Thank you

@ vinay you can use ragi flour instead of whole ragi. Just soak and grind urad dal alone mix with ragi flour. After fermentation you can make idli , dosa
