This song got me through SO MUCH back in 2019. It was the song of that summer… I had just broken up with an ex, moved to a new state and city, and traveled a ton doing solo trips. In one of those trips I barely missed y’all’s concert and that’s actually how I discovered the band….I regret so much never being able to see y’all live. But this song would play so much in my hotel room during my solo trips that summer and in my day to day in my new city. 2019 was such a transformational and magical year for me…hearing this song takes me back to what seems like such a distant and different time… I know live in a whole different country and have a new partner… I wish for one day to see y’all perform in a “back again” event!
