The Poumai tribe engages in many tribal dances, songs, and performing arts. One of the most popular dances of the tribe is Asah-do (prosperity dance), Rieh-do (war dance), Tahta-do (ploughing dance), Mate-do (seed sowing dance), and Chachu-do (harvest dance).
