Terrible video shots/angles. If you just videoed normally it would have been very interesting. But, all the fish-eye views made it unwatchable.

Made me dissy. Wonder what would be good. Regular camera (maybe little wide like a Gopro) on the machine watching it make the concrete smooth and another camera on the wall somewhere? Any ides?

Why no vapor barrier? I'm guessing no steel because 15" and fiber?

Engineer required no vapor barrier! And yes steel fibers

How long does it take for 15" slab of concrete to cure? Also is water sprayed on top to slow down the cure rate? Lastly it would be interesting to know how muck the temperature went up. Great Video.

They waited seven days before they got on it! And the engineer required no wet curing on this project. There was a lot of bleed water, but once it started setting it set fast we started pouring at 5 AM and it was finished and cut at 8 PM !

Hey, he did it while pouring 400 yards of concrete. I agree though, the wide angle fish eye shots weren't necessary, nor were they even viewable on a flat screen.

@@briansmyla8696 yeah it’s a little hard cinematic shots while being responsible to screed! and I don’t like to be lazy so I always hop on and off the screed. Every chance I get to help rake, bullfloat, handfloat, etc. But I’m looking for a cameraman and I got some new cameras so lots of higher quality coming and lots of big pours this summer 500+ yards 18 inches deep!!!

Agree with the last comment, completely horrible video! How about some standard video instead of tying to win an innovative video award that's completely unwatchable. I would of really liked to watch the laser screed working but instead was a totally useless waste of everyones time including yours.
