I agree. Life's too short to think too much of wrong doings. And about the money, I only lend out money when I have enough, and count them as "lost". If I would get them back, it's a bonus. Usually I get a pleasant surprise to get it back, but I won't think too much of it if I don't (however, that person can only lend money once...)

One of the many reasons why I left doing it was because of I couldn’t stand how contractors treated us

Wise words from a wise man. My grandfather raised me since I was a little boy, for many many years he was the only father figure I ever had, he has just recently passed away, and I do appreciate now more than ever how hard he was on me at times. Your children will appreciate everything you do. Back then I wasn’t happy when he was hard on me, but now I know and understand he was preparing me for the day I had to walk in his shoes when he wasn’t here to fill them anymore. It's so hard to even work around people with a bad attitude. I figured let's be positive and spread it around. The problem with a person with a bad attitude is that it spreads and before you know it the whole crew will have a bad attitude. It's just the way it works. But you can also spread positivity and thats what I'm all about. Bring a little joy into as many peoples lives each day as you can.
